HOA BOARD FIDUCIARY FAILURE
HOA takes homeowner to Superior court over violation of a rule. After 20 months in Superior Court, HOA finally get an injunction to stop homeowner from flying flags they don't like. The big question is "WAS IT WORTH $29,000 OF HOA FUNDS TO STOP A FLAG?"

Flag Pole of the month
Thanks to all of the homeowners that now proudly fly the US Flag. I think we should have a flag of the month for the best flag pole. Keep in mind that Arizona and US law allow for a flagpole to be erected anyplace on your property up to the height of your roof line. Show the rest of us how proud you are of our flag.

If you think you have been wronged with dues or late payments, this is the place to discuss this issue. Keep in mind that dues are required and must be paid and paid on time. However, with the new monthly coupon books and no longer a quarterly invoice in the mail, some of us will more than likely be late or miss a payment.
